CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of November 16, 2020 — Special Meeting <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />City Commission Seat #4 <br />Chad Albritton 6,124 Votes (51.97%) <br />Bill Hufford 5,660 Votes (48.03%) <br />TOTAL VOTES CAST 11,784 Votes <br />MOTION: Commissioner Meadows moved to confirm the November 3, 2020 City Run - <br />Off Election results and certify Chad Albritton as elected to City <br />Commission Seat No. 4. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. <br />Motioned carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0. <br />4. SEATING OF NEWLY ELECTED OFFICIAL <br />A. Oath of Office — Commissioner Seat No. 4 — Chad Albritton <br />The following oath was administered to Chad Albritton by the City Attorney: <br />"I, Chad Albritton, do solemnly swear that I will support, protect, and defend the Constitution and <br />Government of the United States and of the State of Florida; and the Charter and Ordinances of the City <br />of Casselberry; and that I am duly qualified to hold office under the Constitution of the State; and that I <br />will well and faithfully perform the duties of Commissioner of the City of Casselberry, Florida, on which <br />I am about to enter, so help me God." <br />The Oath, as administered, was signed by Commissioner Albritton and affirmed by the City Attorney and <br />is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br />Coin lnissioner Albritton took his place at the dais and participated in the remainder of the meeting. <br />5. RECOGNITION OF DEDICATED PUBLIC SERVICE BY <br />COMMISSIONER BILL HUFFORD <br />A. Resolution 20-3206 — Recognition of Dedicated Public Service by Commissioner <br />Bill Hufford <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, IN RECOGNITION OF DEDICATED PUBLIC SERVICE TO THE CITIZENS OF <br />CASSELBERRY, SEMINOLE COUNTY AND THE ENTIRE CENTRAL FLORIDA <br />COMMUNITY BY COMMISSIONER BILL HUFFORD." <br />
