ALL OF LOT 4, LAKE CONCORD PARK UNIT 1, A REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE <br />PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGES 90 THROUGH 93, PUBLIC <br />RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />SECTION 2. The City Commission affirms that the applicant has met the remaining <br />conditions of approval provided by the Planning and Zoning Commission on August 12, 2020, as <br />listed below: <br />1. Remaining comments from the final review shall be addressed prior to review and <br />approval by the City Commission. The remaining comments from the final review <br />were limited to the following: <br />(i) City Attorney <br />1. Plat <br />a. Identify who will be signing the plat for CRI Holdings and provide proof <br />of authorization for that person to sign. <br />(ii) Public Works <br />1. An updated utility easement agreement (to the City) is required because <br />additional infrastructure (which was not included in the previously recorded <br />easement agreement) was added, which requires new easements and <br />dedication to the City. <br />a. The draft release and easement agreement will be supplied by the City. <br />b. Please provide legal descriptions for the sidewalk/landscape easements as <br />well as all utility easement areas on site. <br />c. The agreement will be brought to the City Commission for approval at the <br />same time as the plat. <br />2. The City Surveyor, City Engineer, Community Development Director, City Clerk, <br />and City Mayor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the Final Plat. <br />SECTION 3. Conflicts. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any section or portion of a section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date.
