RESOLUTION 20-3211 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE <br />LAKE CONCORD COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION FINAL <br />PLAT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, <br />AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, an application for the Lake Concord Commercial Subdivision Final Plat <br />(Final Plat) was submitted to the City of Casselberry that includes two (2) parcels with parcel <br />identification numbers 08-21-30-5TW-0000-0040 and 08-21-30-5TW-0040-000A. The subject <br />properties are generally located along the intersection of South U.S. Highway 17-92 and Triplet <br />Lake Drive, in Casselberry, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by Seminole <br />County Addressing, City Planning staff, City Engineer, City Attorney, and the contract surveyor <br />for the City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the <br />Final Plat on August 12, 2020, and approved with conditions a favorable recommendation to the <br />City Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed and accepted the information provided by <br />staff and the City's consultants on December 14, 2020. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11(D) of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations, the City Commission approves the Lake Concord Commercial Subdivision Final <br />Plat as filed with the City, attached herein as Exhibit A, for the following: <br />A REPLAT OF LOT 4, LAKE CONCORD PARK UNIT 1, A REPLAT, AS RECORDED IN <br />PLAT BOOK 79 PAGES 90 THROUGH 93, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OD SEMINOLE <br />COUNTY FLORIDA, LYING IN SECTIONS 8 TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 30 EAST, <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA: BEING MORE <br />PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br />
