confidential. For sensitive utility data consumed for emergency response use, CJIS compliant <br />employees may be the point of contact if desired by individual entities. <br />Section 4. COUNTY and CITY Responsibilities. <br />(a) The COUNTY and CITIES agree that a fast and timely response to emergency 911 <br />calls is paramount to protecting citizens. To ensure consistent expedient responses, the COUNTY <br />and CITIES agree to update the following layers, at minimum, on a quarterly basis: <br />(i) Hydrants <br />(ii) Streets <br />(iii) Access Gates <br />(iv) Situs (Addresses) <br />(b) The COUNTY and CITIES agree to continue to follow the 1986 E911 Ordinance <br />or any future updated issuance thereof, betweeen� COUNTY and those CITIES maintaining their <br />own Address data. Furthermore, the COUNTY and CITIES agree to work to resolve addressing <br />issues that preclude rapid and unique identification of locations, with a goal to prevent significant <br />delays in emergency response. <br />Section 5. Insurance Requirements. <br />(a) Each Party shall maintain adequate insurance coverage to protect its own interests <br />and obligations under this Agreement. <br />Section 6. Indemnification. <br />(a) Each Party to this Agreement, its officers, employees, and agents do not assume <br />and specifically disclaim any liability for the acts, omissions, or negligence of the other Party, its <br />officers, employees, or agents, arising from or related to this Agreement except as otherwise <br />provided by this Agreement or any other agreement between the parties.
