Pre Incident Databases/Plans <br />(d) Each Party agrees to make all datasets specified in this agreement available via <br />current industry sharing methodologies. <br />(e) Each Party agrees to make all datasets available in a FGDC-compliant GIS file <br />format that includes, but is not limited to, ESRI file Geodatabases and Shapefiles. <br />(f) Each Party agrees to ensure all data made available for sharing, will specify the <br />spatial reference of the data or provide a projection file that identify the spatial reference. <br />(g) Each Party agrees to abide by•fed/J-orally defined Sensitive Security Information <br />(SSI) rules governed by Title 49 of the Code of Regulations as well as each agency's data sensitive <br />or privacy policies as long as the policies do not violate Florida Public Record laws. If data shared <br />between agencies is later deemed public, the agency who discovered or was notified of the data's <br />accessibility to the public, shall notify the other parties to this agreement in writing. Should a <br />Party to this Agreement receive a request for public disclosure that will require dissemination of <br />material originating with another Party, the Party receiving the request will make an effort to notify <br />the originating Party. This notification is to allow the originating Party an opportunity to seek relief <br />from disclosure. However, each Party to this Agreement recognizes that the agency receiving a <br />public records request is responsible for determining the manner in which it deems appropriate to <br />respond to the request.
