CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Glancy announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Glancy announced the rules of <br />decorum. <br />Mr. Louis Sanders, 1035 Winter Springs Boulevard, Winter Springs, owner ofarental duplex <br />on Jackson Court, expressed concerns about the City's new code enforcement procedures <br />prohibiting parking of vehicles with ladders and racks at residences, stating he felt it has <br />caused a hardship on residents who utilize these for their jobs. <br />Mr. James Fraleigh, 1262 Seminola Boulevard, stated that citizens should be allowed to <br />express their opinions at Commission meetings, whether or not the Commission agrees with <br />them. He also stated he believed the City -owned property south of City Hall should be sold, <br />and that City employees should be held accountable for their actions. <br />Mr. Richard Henderson, Mark David Boulevard, thanked the Commission, the City Manager, <br />and all the staff that were involved in putting on the recent Volunteer Appreciation event. He <br />stated that often volunteers are not recognized, but the City of Casselberry does a good job of <br />recognizing its volunteers. <br />8. CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Glancy announced an amendment to Item A of the Consent Agenda, Special Invoice Report. She <br />advised that a copy of the amended item had been placed at each of the Commissioners' seats prior to the <br />meeting. <br />
