Amendment No. 3 to Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with Wharton -Smith Inc for <br />a Guaranteed Maximum Price to Construct Lake Concord Park Art House <br />Expansion and Related Budget Amendment 422-033 <br />Staff Presentation: Healthy Community Manager Dean Fathelbab stated that consideration to approve <br />Amendment No. 3 to Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Contract Agreement with Wharton -Smith, Inc. <br />for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Parks Construction Projects for a Guaranteed Maximum <br />Price (GMP) in the amount of $3,191,055.00 to construct project PW 2111 Lake Concord Park Art House <br />Expansion and related Budget Amendment #22-033 is requested. He explained that Wharton Smith, Inc. <br />had advertised and solicited for bids for the GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) for the project. What is <br />being brought forward for approval tonight is a total GMP of $3,191,055.00, and with the previous <br />
