Task Authorization No. 9 with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc for Additional <br />Services for the Southcot Drive Bicycle/Pedestrian Improvements Project and <br />Related Budget Amendment #22-029 <br />Introduction: Consideration of approval of Task Authorization No. 9 with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. <br />(VHB) in the amount not to exceed $37,560.00 to provide additional services for the Southcot Drive <br />Bicycle/Pedestrian Improvements project and related Budget Amendment #22-029 is requested. Excuse Absence of Commissioner Chat Albritton <br />Introduction: Commissioner Chad Albritton advised on April 11, 2022 that he is unable to attend the <br />meeting due to illness. He has respectfully requested that his Excuse of Absence be placed on the Consent <br />Agenda for consideration. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. Motion carried unanimously by <br />voice vote 4-0. <br />
