(VHB) in the amount not to exceed $37,560.00 to provide additional services for the Southcot Drive Bicycle/Pedestrian Improvements project and related Budget Amendment #22-029 is requested. (Ref. SOQ-2017-0225 and PW 1702) Budget Impact: Budget Amendment 422-029 will provide sufficient funding for this item by increasing Infrastructure Surtax Fund Other Non -Operating Source account #114-0000-389.90-00 and Infrastructure Account #1 14-0710-541.63-40. BA #22-029 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide funding for Southcot Drive Bicycle/Pedestrian Improvements Task Authorization #9 with VHB in the amount of $37,560. Excuse Absence of Commissioner Chat Albritton Introduction: Commissioner Chad Albritton advised on April 11, 2022 that he is unable to attend the meeting due to illness. He has respectfully requested that his Excuse of Absence be placed on the Consent Agenda for consideration. Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0.
