Amendment No. 1 to Agreement with CPH, Inc. for Continuing Professional <br />Services for Park Planning and Design Projects <br />Introduction: Consideration for approval of Amendment No. l to the Agreement with CPH, Inc. for <br />continuing professional services for Park Planning and Design projects in order to increase the contract <br />limit to a cumulative maximum of $750,000 is requested. (Ref. SOQ-2018-0353) <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact on the City Budget at this time. Budget amendments may be <br />forthcoming as task authorizations are assigned. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Amendment No. I to the Agreement with CPH, Inc. for continuing professional services for Park Planning <br />and Design projects in order to increase the contract limit to a cumulative maximum of $750,000. <br />v. (Ref. SOQ-2021-0715) <br />Budget Impact: Sufficient funding is budgeted and available for this item in Parks Master Plan Fund <br />Improvements -Other Account #307-0410-572.63-24. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Supplemental Agreement No. 7 to the Contract Agreement with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for Construction <br />Manager at Risk for Parks Construction Projects to provide pre -construction services for project PW 2112 <br />Sunnytown Park Improvements in the amount not to exceed $19,930.00. <br />H.
