Resolution 22-3299 — Declaration of Interim Restrictive Covenant for the Water <br />Reclamation Facility <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING DECLARATION OF INTERIM RESTRICTIVE COVENANT FOR <br />THE WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, <br />AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Consideration of Resolution 22-3299 which authorizes entering into a Declaration of <br />interim Restrictive Covenant with the Florida Department of Environmentai Protection to be eligibie for <br />State funding for petroleum contamination assessment and remediation at the City's Water Reclamation <br />Facility through the Petroleum Cleanup Participation Program is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Approving the Declaration of Interim Restrictive Covenant creates no immediate impact <br />to the City Budget. Any funding needed to be contributed by the City is subject to future City Commission <br />approval. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 22-3299 which authorizes executing the Declaration of Interim Restrictive Covenant with the <br />Florida Department of Environmental Protection to be eligible for state funding for petroleum <br />contamination assessment and remediation at the City's Water Reclamation Facility through the Petroleum <br />Cleanup Participation Program. <br />C. Resolution 22-3300 — Petroleum Restoration Program Property Owner Conditional <br />Closure Agreement <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING PETROLEUM RESTORATION PROGRAM PROPERTY OWNER <br />CONDITIONAL CLOSURE AGREEMENT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, <br />AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Consideration of approval of Resolution 22-3300 authorizing entering into a Petroleum <br />
