CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of February 28, 2022 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 6 of 7 <br />16. CITY CLERK'S REPORT <br />City Clerk Donna Gardner shared the following information: <br />• City Commission Pre -Budget Planning Workshop will be held Tuesday, March 2nd beginning <br />at 9:30 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers. <br />• The next Food Truck Friday event will be held on Friday, March 11 "from 6-9 p.m. in Lake <br />Concord Park, featuring food trucks and live music for everyone's enjoyment. <br />17. CITY COMMISSIONERS' REPORTS/COMMENTS <br />Commissioner Chad Albritton — Seat No. 4: <br />• Commended staff for the signage and communications to residents regarding the recent public <br />input meetings to discuss the Wirz Park and Pool Improvements 30% Final Design Plans, <br />noting that the numerous signs along Winter Park Drive were fantastic. He encouraged staff <br />to continue to expand their communications not just toward the immediate stakeholders, but <br />across the City, as well. <br />Commissioner Mark Busch - Seat No. 3: <br />Expressed appreciation to the Finance Department staff for their continued phenomenal work <br />on the City's budget and finances. <br />Agreed with Commissioner Albritton's comments regarding the messaging related to the Wirz <br />Park improvements public meetings and encouraged staff to keep up the good work. <br />Commended Police Department staff for preparation of the Department's Annual Report which <br />he felt was another great method the City uses to provide information to the public. <br />Commissioner Andrew Meadows — Seat No. 2: <br />• Agreed with both Commissioner Albritton's and Commissioner Busch's comments but had no <br />other report. <br />Commissioner/Vice Mayor Anthony Aramendia - Seat No. 1: <br />• Also agreed with the earlier comments made by the Commissioners regarding the Wirz Park <br />improvements public meetings and the Police Department's Annual Report. <br />• Expressed appreciation to the Finance Department for continuing to do great work. <br />
