CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />• Gave a brief summary on recent legislation, including a bill relating to sovereign immunity <br />which did not pass, and one relating to property rights for trimming, pruning and removal of <br />trees which defines some terms and sets some standards that she believes will be going to the <br />Governor for signature. Mr. Newlon also mentioned a bill relating to financial disclosure <br />requirements that Ms. Reischmann confirmed did not pass. <br />16. CITY CLERK'S REPORT <br />City Clerk Donna Gardner shared the following information: <br />• The Spring Jazz and Art Festival will be held on Saturday, March 26`1 in Lake Concord Park <br />from 6-9 p.m. <br />17. CITY COMMISSIONERS' REPORTS/COMMENTS <br />Commissioner Chad Albritton — Seat No. 4: <br />No report. <br />Commissioner Mark Busch - Seat No. 3: <br />• Stated he had no report but thanked the Finance Department staff for their continued excellence <br />in keeping the City's finances in great shape and for their work in preparation of another great <br />Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. <br />Commissioner Andrew Meadows — Seat No. 2: <br />• Also congratulated the Finance Department staff for another successful Annual Comprehensive <br />Financial Report. <br />Commissioner/Vice Mayor Anthony Aramendia - Seat No. 1: <br />Added his congratulations and thanks to the Finance Department staff for their work on the <br />Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. <br />Attended the Casselberry Police Department's Annual Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, March <br />3 rd <br />Enjoyed attending the Mardi Gras Music Festival and the Mardi Paws Dog Parade on Saturday, <br />February 26' at Lake Concord Park. <br />
