CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of March 14, 2022 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 10 of 12 <br />the City is in a good financial position, including its pension plans. He also commended the City's Finance <br />Department staff for a job well done in preparation of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 22- <br />3298. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address Resolution 22-3298. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Busch moved to approve Resolution 22-3298, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Meadows. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARING <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Henson announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Henson announced the rules of <br />decorum. No one came forward. <br />14. CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />• Reported he and Mayor Henson had recently toured the Herzing University campus on State <br />Road 436 at the invitation of the Campus President. <br />• Thanked Finance Department staff for their hard work on preparation of the Annual <br />Comprehensive Financial Report and all City staff for adhering to the City's policies and <br />procedures which results in the City receiving favorable annual financial reports and audits. <br />
