CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING FEBRUARY 17, 2022 The City held its regular Code Enforcement hearing Thursday, February 17, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., in the City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Ms. Kara Consalo, Esq. Special Magistrate, called the meeting to order at 6:47 p.m. SPECIAL MAGISTRATE Kara Z. Consalo, Esq. CITY STAFF PRESENT Micelania Acevedo, Senior Code Compliance Officer Matthew McDonald, Code Compliance Officer William Andreone, Code Compliance Officer Brenda Cutlip, Recording Secretary Jen Nix, Assistant City Attorney PLEDGE OF ALLIGIANCE The Special Magistrate led the Pledge of Allegiance. FORMAT FOR PROCEEDINGS The Special Magistrate read the format for proceedings. SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE The Special Magistrate swore in those who would testify. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Special Magistrate asked if anyone in the audience had any additions or corrections to the Minutes from the October 21, 2021 and November 18, 2021, hearings; there were none. The Special Magistrate approved the Minutes from the October 21, 2021 and November 18, 2021 hearings. STATEMENT OF EVIDENCE Officer Acevedo advised that all events occurred within the corporate limits of the City. The Officer's notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, supporting documents and PowerPoint presentation were all entered as part of the official record.
