® City code 3-10.9.f Unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicle(s) <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 21-000746 located at 120 N Triplet Lake Dr., was not in compliance <br />by the date set by the Magistrate and fines should be imposed. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Officer Acevedo's testimony, she also had affidavit of <br />non-compliance from Officer McDonald, indicating the property was not in compliance.
