Shane Hidle, Construction manager representing Amherst Group advised that the property was purchased <br />sight unseen, someone thought it would be a good idea to stucco over the garage door. Amherst likes for <br />their properties to be in compliance with standards. An engineer was hired after the notice of violation was <br />received. Mr. Hidle asked for a 60 -day extension to pull permits and get them finalized. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -21-000383, located at 1005 Park Dr., was in violation of <br />the City Code Sections as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence <br />provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violations by <br />1:00 P.M. January 31, 2022. If there is no compliance by January 31, 2022, then a fine of $100.00 per day <br />will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held <br />on February 17, 2022, to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />CE -21-000677 107 Concord Dr. <br />• City code 3-12.10.H Retention facilities maintenance. <br />Officer Acevedo gave testimony that the property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on <br />November 18, 2021. The City requested a correction date of January 02, 2022. If no compliance by January <br />02, 2022, then a fine of $100.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. <br />The City requests a subsequent hearing date of January 20, 2022, to determine compliance. The Special <br />Magistrate asked if there was anyone present to speak to this case. There was a representative present. <br />Jessica Terry, representative of Dynafire described the property in question and give testimony. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -21-000677, located at 107 Concord Dr., was in violation <br />of the City Code Sections as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence <br />provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violations by <br />1:00 P.M. January 02, 2022. If there is no compliance by January 20, 2022, then a fine of $100.00 per day <br />will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held <br />on February 17, 2022, to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />CE -21-000774 324 Seminola Blvd. <br />• City code 1-4.3 a No building permit <br />Officer McDonald gave testimony that the property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on <br />November 18, 2021. The City requested a correction date of January 31, 2022. If no compliance by January <br />31, 2022, then a fine of $100.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. <br />The City requests a subsequent hearing date of February 17, 2022, to determine compliance. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the <br />violations by 1:00 P.M. January 31, 2022. If there is no compliance by January 31, 2022, then a fine of <br />$100.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance.
