• City code 3-10.3.c.1 Dead tree(s) and overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris <br />Officer Andreone gave testimony that the property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on <br />October 18, 2021. The City requested a correction date of November 20, 2021. If no compliance by <br />November 20, 2021, then a fine of $200.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non- <br />compliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of December 16, 2021, to determine <br />compliance. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone present to speak to this case. There was a <br />representative present. <br />Carlos Marquez, Property manager with HHH Management owners of Oxford Square Plaza. Mr. Marques <br />is the new property manager; the main office is in Palm Beach. A new landscape company was hired a <br />few months ago and they were doing a better job in the front of the plaza and were not aware of the mess <br />in the back. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -21-000601, located at 208 SR 436, was in violation of the <br />City Code Sections as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence provided by <br />the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violations by 1:00 P.M. <br />December 20, 2021. If there is no compliance by December 20, 2021, then a fine of $200.00 per day will <br />be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held on <br />January 20, 2022, to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />CE -21-000045 526 E Foothill Way <br />• City code 3-10.c.1 & 2 Outdoor/open air storage -Residential <br />• City code 3-10.3.c.I Overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris <br />Officer Acevedo gave testimony that the property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on <br />October 18, 2021. If there is no compliance by November 10, 2021, then a fine <br />of $100.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent <br />hearing will be held on November 18, 2021, to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />CE -21-000531 511 Jasmine Rd. <br />City code 3-10.9.f Unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles <br />Officer Acevedo gave testimony that the property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on <br />October 18, 2021. If no compliance by <br />November 10, 2021, then a fine of $50.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non- <br />compliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of November 18, 2021, to determine <br />compliance. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone present to speak to this case.
