There was a <br />representative present. <br />Carlos Marquez, Property manager with HHH Management owners of Oxford Square Plaza. Mr. Marques <br />is the new property manager; the main office is in Palm Beach. A new landscape company was hired a <br />few months ago and they were doing a better job in the front of the plaza and were not aware of the mess <br />in the back. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -21-000601, located at 208 SR 436, was in violation of the <br />City Code Sections as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence provided by <br />the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violations by 1:00 P.M. <br />December 20, 2021. If there is no compliance by December 20, 2021, then a fine of $200.00 per day will <br />be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance.
