The <br />Special Magistrate advised that it's not and extension, but a compliance date set and if no compliance <br />fines can start. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -21-000659, located at 417 Rain Lily Cv., was in violation <br />of the City Code Sections as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence <br />provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violations by <br />1:00 P.M. December 20, 2021. If there is no compliance by December 20, 2021, then a fine of $250.00 <br />per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. If no compliance by <br />November 20, 2021, then a fine of $200.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non- <br />compliance thereafter. One trailer is <br />owned by Big Lots, for which they have a permit. They did not know who the owner of the other trailer <br />was, it was found out that it belonged to Big Lots and they are in the process of removing it. Officer <br />Andreone advised that the red trailer belongs to the thrift store. Mr. Stone advised that OMG Thrift has <br />made application for the (red) <br />Leslie Ketral, 1442 SR 436 owner of OMG Thrift advised that she owns the red trailer. When Ms. Ketral <br />came to Casselberry to open the business she knew only one trailer was allowed for twenty years, and the <br />business model had to be changed. The normal business model has three trailers, because they recycle as <br />products come in and out each day. The trailer has been sitting at the dock for almost five years and was <br />under the assumption that the permit for the dock included the trailer. <br />Mr. Stone was told by the shopping center manger that in August he did file the original application and <br />the City was aware of the application.
