presently effective or that may be approved in the future. Unless otherwise specifically set forth <br />in this Agreement, other employment conditions relating to all non -bargaining City employees <br />by means of written personnel policies or regulations shall remain unaffected by the terms of this <br />Agreement. If the personnel policies are amended to provide a general benefit to all non - <br />bargaining unit City employees, the Employee shall receive such benefit unless otherwise <br />specifically set forth in this Agreement. <br />SECTION 3. RELOCATION EXPENSES — REIMBURSEMENT <br />The City shall be responsible for moving Employee and family from <br />to Casselberry, Florida not to exceed dollars. In the event Employee resigns <br />within three (3) years, Employee agrees to reimburse the Employer for a pro -rata share of the <br />relocation expenses reimbursed by the Employer (e.g., if the Employee voluntarily resigns after <br />two (2) years, Employee will reimburse the Employer for one-third (1/3) of said expenses). <br />NOTE: For new Directors, all following sections will be re -numbered, increasing by one <br />SECTION 3. AUTOMOBILE AND CELLULAR PHONE. <br />(a) The Employee shall be provided a vehicle for the purpose of performing (his or her) <br />official duties as of the City of Casselberry, <br />or <br />(a) The City shall pay the Employee the sum of per month as an <br />automobile allowance to reimburse the Employee for use of (his or her) personal automobile <br />expenses during the performance of his/her official duties. This reimbursement amount shall be <br />adjusted every twelve (12) month period in an amount equal to the consumer price index relied <br />upon by the City. The Employee shall be responsible for paying all premiums due for liability, <br />property damage and comprehensive insurance and for the purchase, operation, maintenance, <br />repair and regular replacement of said automobile. The Employee shall provide the City with a <br />certificate showing insurance coverage of at least $100,000/$300,000/$100,000 with the City <br />being named as an additional co-insured. <br />(b) The City shall provide and maintain a cellular phone for Employee's use in performing <br />duties. Any non -City business cellular phone charges will be the responsibility of the Employee. <br />SECTION 4. TERMS. <br />(a) Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent, limit or otherwise interfere with the right of the <br />City Manager to terminate the services of Employee at any time, subject only to the provisions <br />set forth in Section 5(a) and Section 5(b) of this Agreement. <br />(b) Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent, limit or otherwise interfere with the right of the <br />Employee to resign at any time from the Director position with the City, subject only to the <br />provision set forth in Section 5(c) of this Agreement. <br />2 <br />
