Resolution 22-3292 — Memorandum of Understanding for Emergency Use of <br />Meeting Facilities with Seminole County, Seminole County School Board and the <br />Cities of Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Longwood, Oviedo, Sanford, and Winter <br />Springs <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF A MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING WITH SEMINOLE COUNTY, SEMINOLE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD, <br />AND THE CITIES OF ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, CASSELBERRY, LAKE MARY, LONGWOOD, <br />OVIEDO, SANFORD AND WINTER SPRINGS FOR THE EMERGENCY USE OF MEETING <br />FACILITIES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Consideration of approval of Resolution 22-3292 which provides for acceptance of a <br />Memorandum of Understanding for emergency use of meeting facilities with Seminole County, Seminole <br />County School Board, and the Cities of Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Longwood, Oviedo, Sanford, and <br />Winter Springs is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager recommended approval of Resolution 22-3292. <br />
