Resolution 21-3280 — Sunsettina of the Lakes Manaizement Advisory Board <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, SUNSETTING THE LAKES MANAGEMENT ADVISORY BOARD; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Consideration of approval of Resolution 21-3280 which provides for sunsetting of the Lakes <br />Management Advisory Board is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no budget impact associated with this item. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 21-3280. <br />D. Resolution 21-3281 — Community Aesthetic Feature Agreement with Florida <br />Department of Transportation for Traffic Signal Cabinet Wrap for US Highway 17/92 <br />at Doi; Track Road <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A COMMUNITY <br />AESTHETIC FEATURE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC ART IN THE RIGHT OF WAY <br />OF US HIGHWAY 17/92 (STATE ROAD 1.5/600); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Consideration of approval of Resolution 21-3281 which authorizes a Community Aesthetic <br />Feature Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation to install public art on a traffic signal <br />cabinet in the right of way of US Highway 17/92 at Dog Track Road is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no budget impact associated with this item. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 21-3281. <br />E. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement with GAI Consultants, Inc. for Continuing <br />Professional Services for Park Planning and Design 1 Projects <br />Introduction: Consideration for approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with GAI Consultants, <br />Inc. for Continuing Professional Services for Park Planning and Design projects to increase the contract <br />limit (Ref. SOQ-2018-0353) is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget at this time. Budget amendments will be brought <br />forward if needed as task authorizations are assigned. <br />
