WHEREAS, removal of the Property from the Community Redevelopment Plan and lot <br />combination with the adjacent tract will further the CRA's goals of redevelopment of the <br />Property and supports the intent of the CRA; and <br />WHEREAS, as per s. 163.346, F.S, notice of the action proposed herein was published <br />pursuant to s. 166.041(3)(a), F.S. in the locally circulated Orlando Sentinel for the required <br />period and written notice sent by certified mail to the applicable taxing authorities at least fifteen <br />(15) days prior to the meeting where this Resolution is being considered; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has determined it <br />to be in the best interest of City residents and the community to remove the Property from the <br />Community Redevelopment Plan to facilitate lot combination and redevelopment of the Property <br />and adjacent property under common ownership. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA: <br />SECTION I. RECITALS. The above recitals are true and correct and are incorporated <br />herein by reference. <br />SECTION II. AMENDMENT TO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT PLAN. The <br />Community Redevelopment Plan is hereby amended to remove the Property from the Community <br />Redevelopment Plan, specifically, Figures 1-1, 3-2, 3-22, 3-23 and all other applicable portions of <br />the Community Redevelopment Plan. <br />SECTION III. CONFLICTS. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any <br />of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION IV. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION V.
