“Staff have been working on these projects for quite some time as part of our ongoing focus on
infrastructure which is critical to effectively and efficiently address service delivery and the
overall quality of life residents desire,” said City Manager Randy Newlon.

About the City of Casselberry
Casselberry is located in Seminole County, Florida, just 10 miles northeast of downtown
Orlando. Two major roadways, U.S. Highway 17-92 and State Road 436, intersect, connecting
the City of Casselberry to all of Central Florida. The City is engaged in development and
redevelopment along the U.S. Highway 17-92 corridor, which presents mixed use, retail and
residential, governmental and recreational opportunities. The City is also engaged in innovative
environmental stewardship, multi-modal transportation, and neighborhood revitalization
initiatives. Located in one of the fastest growing areas of Metro Orlando, the City of Casselberry
is an exciting place in which to live and do business.
