SUBSEQUENT CASE — NOT IN COMPLIANCE <br />CE -20-002028 59 N Winter Park Dr. ($50 per day) <br />Officer McDonald advised that case 20-002028 located at 59 N Winter Park Dr., was not in compliance <br />by the date set by the Magistrate and fines should be imposed. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Officer McDonald's testimony, she also had affidavits <br />of non-compliance from Officer McDonald, indicating the property was not in compliance. Based upon <br />testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property located at 59 N Winter Park Dr. was not in <br />compliance and fines should be imposed. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASE — IN COMPLIANCE <br />CE -20-001377 501 Lake Kathryn Cir. <br />CE -20-002435 880 Seminola Blvd. <br />CE -21-000160 1029 Osceola Trl. <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that the cases listed above were in compliance by the compliance date set <br />and no fines should be imposed. <br />CASES WITHDRAWN FROM HEARING <br />CE -21-000024 275 Ball Park Rd. <br />CE -21-0002099 82 S. Winter Park Dr. <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that the cases listed above would not be heard at the May 20, 2021 Code <br />Compliance hearing. <br />NEW CASES <br />CE -21-000019 2647 Exuma Way <br />• Roofs, gutters, downspout maintenance, City Code 3-10.3.a.1 <br />• Exterior walls, City Code 3-10.9.2. Ld <br />• Unsightly or unsanitary condition, City Code 20-1.a <br />• Overgrowth, trash and debris, City Code 3-10.3.c.1 <br />• Unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicle, City Code 3-10.9.f <br />Officer Acevedo provided testimony and read case information into the record. The City requested a <br />correction date of July 4, 2021. If no compliance by July 4, 2021, then a fine of $150.00 per day should <br />then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requested a subsequent hearing date <br />of July 15, 2021 to determine compliance. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone wishing to <br />speak to this case, there was no one present. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -20-000019, located at 2647 Exuma Way, was in violation <br />of the City Code Section as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence <br />provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violation by <br />1:00 P.M. July 2, 2021. If there is no compliance by July 2, 2021, then a fine of $150.00 per day will be <br />imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held on July <br />15, 2021 to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />
