The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -20-001377, located at 501 Lake Kathryn Cir., was in violation of <br />the City Code Section as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence provided by the <br />Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. May 02, 2021. <br />If there is no compliance by May 02, 2021, then a fine of $100.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property <br />remains in non-compliance.
