SUBSEQUENT CASE - NOT IN COMPLIANCE FINE IMPOSED <br />CE -20-002220 650 Jasmine Rd. <br />• Overgrowth, trash and debris, City Code 3-10.3.c.1 <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 20-002220, located at 650 Jasmine Rd. was not in compliance by the date <br />set by the Magistrate and fines should be imposed as ordered. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had an affidavit of <br />non-compliance from Officer Acevedo, indicating the property was not in compliance. Based upon testimony and <br />the affidavit, it was found that the property at 650 Jasmine Rd. was not in compliance and fines of $50.00 per day <br />should be imposed, beginning February 4, 2021 and will accrue until there is compliance. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASE - IN COMPLIANCE NO FINE <br />CE -20-002438 1402 Lake Shore Dr. <br />• Overgrowth, trash and debris, City Code 3-10.3.c.1 <br />• Unlicensed/inoperable vehicle(s), City Code 3-10.9 f - Withdrawn <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 20-002438, located at 1402 Lake Shore Dr. was in compliance by the date <br />set by the Magistrate and no fines should be imposed. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had an affidavit of <br />compliance from Officer Acevedo, indicating the property was in compliance. Based upon testimony and the <br />affidavit, it was found that the property at 1402 Lake Shore Dr. was in compliance and no fines should be imposed. <br />CASES WITHDRAWN FROM HEARING <br />CE -20-002002 327 Elm Dr.- withdrawn/owner req <br />CE -20-002042 1510 Guinevere Dr.- withdrawn/owner req <br />CE -20-002306 245 Bridle Path <br />CE -20-002342 504 Brittany Cir_ <br />CE -20-002422 790 Diane Cir. <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that the cases listed above would not be heard at the February 18, 2021 Code <br />Compliance hearing.
