Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency Minutes <br />October 14, 2020 <br />Page 4 <br />A general discussion ensued regarding the expansion of reclaimed water and septic tank reduction in the <br />City. Mr. Bowley suggested the Commission contact the various departments regarding questions on specific <br />projects. <br />Mr. Bowley said staff recommends that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend approval of case <br />number LPA 20-12 to the City Commission, based on the staff report and the testimony and evidence presented, that <br />the request meets the applicable provisions of the Unified Land Development Regulations and is consistent with the <br />Comprehensive Plan as per the written findings in the staff report. <br />Mr. Phillips asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Phillips asked for a motion to address LPA 20-12. Ms. Campbell made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission recommend approval of case number LPA 20-12 to the City Commission based on the staff <br />report and the testimony and evidence presented, that the request meets the applicable provisions of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations and is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan as per the written findings in the staff <br />report including Attachment A. Mr. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Ninth Item of Business: Public Comments. <br />There were no public comments. <br />Tenth Item of Business: Other Business. <br />Mr. Phillips recognized the passing of Mr. Tony Tizzio. <br />Eleventh Item of Business: Adiournment. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Phillips adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br />f7 <br />Date Minutes Approved by Planning and Zoning Commission:`r <br />14 <br />JonO' on, Secretary <br />
