CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a meeting on <br />Wednesday, October 14, 2020, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. <br />Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Robert Phillips, Chairman <br />Dan Hale, Vice -Chairman <br />Shannon Campbell <br />Ed Bowman <br />Michelle Saporito <br />Nancy Divita <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Heather Moore, Alternate <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Attorney: <br />Neysa Borkert <br />Staff members present: <br />Chris Bowley, Community Development Director <br />Donna Gardner, City Clerk <br />Dean Fathelbab, Economic Planner <br />Christina Hyson, Planner II <br />Jonathan Tardif, Planner I <br />Tatum Jordan -Madden, Planning Technician <br />First Item of Business: Call to Order/Roll Call. <br />The meeting was called to order by Mr. Phillips at 6:30 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. <br />Second Item of Business: Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Mr. Phillips led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Third Item of Business: Swearing in of New Members — Edmund Bakalla, Nancy Divita and Heather Moore <br />Ms. Donna Gardner, City Clerk, administered the Oath of Office to Ms. Divita, Ms. Moore and Mr. Bakalla <br />and she thanked the new members for their service. <br />Fourth Item of Business: Election of Officers. <br />Mr. Phillips requested nominations for Vice -Chairman. Ms. Campbell nominated Mr. Hale as Vice - <br />Chairman. Ms. Divita seconded the vote. Mr. Hale was elected as Vice -Chairman by a unanimous voice vote. <br />
