Ms. Campbell made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approve CU 21-14 with the ten (10) conditions and Attachments A — C. Ms. Divita seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Eleventh Item of Business: CU 21-15: 1815 SR 436. A conditional use request for the expansion of a place of <br />worship associated with SPR 21.08. <br />Mr. Jonathan Tardif, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated July 14, 2021 <br />to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Jonathan Tardif said staff recommends that the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission approve case number CU 21-15, based on the staff report and the testimony and <br />evidence presented, that the request meets the applicable provisions of the Unified Land Development Regulations <br />and is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan as per the written findings in the staff report. The conditions of <br />approval are as follows: <br />1. The conditional use shall be limited to the location of 1815 SR 436. <br />2. Any additional expansions beyond those proposed within SPR 21-08 will require additional conditional <br />use approval. <br />3. There shall be no outside display or storage of goods, materials, services, or vehicles. <br />4. The use shall remain in complete compliance with all City, County, and State requirements. <br />5. A new conditional use application shall be required if the use should cease for more than 90 days. <br />6. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall become null <br />and void. <br />After a brief discussion regarding the condition of approval for the 90 -day expiration date, Mr. Phillips asked <br />the applicant to come forward. Mr. Mike Moore, 5695 Beggs Road, Orlando, Florida came forward. There were no <br />questions for the applicant. <br />Mr. Phillips asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Phillips asked for a motion to address CU 21-15. Mr. Hale made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approve case number CU 21-15, for a place of worship at 1815 State Road 436, based on the findings <br />of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated July 14, 2021, the testimony and evidence presented, including the <br />six (6) conditions of approval, and Attachments A and B. Ms. Divita seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />
