In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Christina Hyson, Planner II, explained that septic systems are inspected by the Seminole County Health Department and the applicant has filed the necessary application with them. Ms. Hyson said that she has received correspondence from the Seminole County Health Department and they do not anticipate any issues with the septic capacity. In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Jordan -Madden stated that the septic tank is located in the rear of the property and it would not impact the parking lot improvements. In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Jordan -Madden explained that this may be a minor site plan review and would not require review by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Phillips asked the applicant to come forward. Ms. Patricia Nowicki, 1490 Seminola Boulevard, Casselberry, Florida came forward. In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Nowicki said the State dictates the ratio of teachers to students. In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Nowicki stated that the parents would park and walk the students to the facility. Mr. Phillips asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the request. No one came forward. Mr. Phillips asked for a motion to address CU 21-12. Ms. Divita made a motion that the Planning and Zoning Commission approve case number CU 21-12 with staffs conditions, one (1) through nine (9), based upon the staff report and the testimony and evidence presented, and Attachments A and B. Ms. Campbell seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Ninth Item of Business: CU 21-13: 327 Seminola Boulevard. A conditional use request to construct a residential boat dock at 327 Seminola Boulevard. Mr. Tatum Jordan -Madden, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated July 14, 2021 to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Jordan -Madden said staff recommends that case number CU 21-13 be approved with staff's conditions, based upon the staff report and the testimony and evidence presented, that the request meets the applicable provisions of the Unified Land Development Regulations
