All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall become null <br />and void. <br />In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Christina Hyson, Planner II, explained that septic systems <br />are inspected by the Seminole County Health Department and the applicant has filed the necessary application with <br />them. Ms. Hyson said that she has received correspondence from the Seminole County Health Department and they <br />do not anticipate any issues with the septic capacity. In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Jordan -Madden <br />stated that the septic tank is located in the rear of the property and it would not impact the parking lot improvements. <br />In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Jordan -Madden explained that this may be a minor site plan review <br />and would not require review by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />Mr. Phillips asked the applicant to come forward. Ms. Patricia Nowicki, 1490 Seminola Boulevard, <br />Casselberry, Florida came forward. In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Nowicki said the State dictates <br />the ratio of teachers to students. In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Nowicki stated that the parents <br />would park and walk the students to the facility. <br />Mr. Phillips asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Phillips asked for a motion to address CU 21-12. Ms. Divita made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approve case number CU 21-12 with staffs conditions, one (1) through nine (9), based upon the <br />staff report and the testimony and evidence presented, and Attachments A and B. Ms. Campbell seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Ninth Item of Business: CU 21-13: 327 Seminola Boulevard. A conditional use request to construct a <br />residential boat dock at 327 Seminola Boulevard. <br />Mr. Tatum Jordan -Madden, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated July 14, <br />2021 to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Jordan -Madden said staff recommends that <br />case number CU 21-13 be approved with staff's conditions, based upon the staff report and the testimony and <br />evidence presented, that the request meets the applicable provisions of the Unified Land Development Regulations <br />
