CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a meeting on <br />Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Robert Phillips, Chairman <br />Dan Hale, Vice Chairman <br />Ed Bowman <br />Michelle Saporito <br />Nancy Divita <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Members absent: <br />Shannon Campbell <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Attorney: <br />Neysa Borkert <br />Staff members present: <br />Chris Bowley, Community Development Director <br />Christina Hyson, Planner II <br />Jonathan Tardif, Planner I <br />Tatum Jordan -Madden, Planner I <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />First Item of Business: Call to Order/Roll Call. <br />The meeting was called to order by Mr. Phillips at 6:30 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. <br />Second Item of Business: Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Mr. Phillips led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Third Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on May 12, 2021. <br />Mr. Phillips stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the meeting held on <br />Wednesday, May 12, 2021. Mr. Bowman moved to accept the May 12, 2021 minutes. Ms. Saporito seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />
