Ms. Campbell seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Tenth Item of Business: Public Comments. There were no public comments. Eleventh Item of Business: Other Business. Ms. Campbell stated that in the past she served on the Casselberry Lakes District Advisory Committee (neighborhood district) and some of the people in that organization are upset about the storage shed that was recently approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission. She said that the committee would like the City to monitor the rear yard of lakefront properties. Ms. Borkert explained that typically this should be brought to the attention of the City Commission and the Commission could direct staff to bring back a proposal to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Ms. Hyson stated that a few weeks ago the City Commission requested that Community Development Department staff provide additional information regarding accessory structures; and Mr. Chris Bowley, Community Development Director, presented that information at a City Commission meeting. Ms. Hyson stated that the City Commission has requested additional information that she believed would be presented at a workshop at a later date. Ms. Hyson stated she would follow up with Mr. Bowley and provide an update at the next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Mr. Fathelbab explained that Mr. Bowley has tried to reach out to the Lakes District to coordinate a workshop with the committee members. Twelfth Item of Business: Adjournment.
