Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency Minutes <br />March 10, 2021 <br />Page 9 <br />based upon the staff report, the testimony and evidence presented, the nine (9) conditions of approval, and Attachments A - <br />H. Ms. Campbell seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Tenth Item of Business: Public Comments. <br />There were no public comments. <br />Eleventh Item of Business: Other Business. <br />Ms. Campbell stated that in the past she served on the Casselberry Lakes District Advisory Committee <br />(neighborhood district) and some of the people in that organization are upset about the storage shed that was recently <br />approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission. She said that the committee would like the City to monitor the rear yard <br />of lakefront properties. Ms. Borkert explained that typically this should be brought to the attention of the City Commission <br />and the Commission could direct staff to bring back a proposal to the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />Ms. Hyson stated that a few weeks ago the City Commission requested that Community Development Department <br />staff provide additional information regarding accessory structures; and Mr. Chris Bowley, Community Development <br />Director, presented that information at a City Commission meeting. Ms. Hyson stated that the City Commission has <br />requested additional information that she believed would be presented at a workshop at a later date. Ms. Hyson stated she <br />would follow up with Mr. Bowley and provide an update at the next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. <br />Mr. Fathelbab explained that Mr. Bowley has tried to reach out to the Lakes District to coordinate a workshop with <br />the committee members. <br />Twelfth Item of Business: Adjournment. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Phillips adjourned the meeting at 8:49 p.m. <br />Date Minutes Approved by Planning and Zoning Commission: <br />J"-V- <br />Jordbixon, Secretary <br />
