Book 10061 Page 1985 <br />Instrument# 2021131596 <br />receiving. directional bore pits and other associated land disturbances are <br />located outside the limits of the conservation easement. <br />(b) In the event that a forcemain fails or maintenance, repair, or replacement <br />of the forcemain pipe is needed, the Grantor shall immediately notify the <br />District in writing. The notification must describe the reason for the <br />maintenance, repair or replacement, including any impacts that have already <br />occurred, or are expected to occur as a result of the requested activities; <br />relevant dates and timelines; a location map of the where the impacts are <br />located at within the conservation easement; the acreage of impacts; and the <br />proposed corrective actions, including a restoration plan if needed. The <br />Grantor must receive written approval from District staff for the proposed <br />maintenance, repair, or replacement activities and corrective actions prior to <br />commencement of the activities. <br />3. Reaffirmation.
