Additional agreements are called for and have yet to be <br />decided. Should all prerequisite agreements be executed and permits provided, the budget will be amended to <br />measure the impact of each Takedown Notice as it is closed. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager recommended approval of Resolution 14-2570 and the Amended and <br />Restated Acquisition Agreement and Option to Purchase with Casto Southeast Realty Services, LLC (Casto) <br />and Integra Lakes, LLC (Integra). <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Hufford moved to approve Resolution 14-2570, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. <br />City Attorney Reischmann requested that the motion be amended to include language noting that Resolution <br />14-2570 was being approved as amended to include City Attorney revisions to language contained on Page 17, <br />Section 3.1(e) and Section 3.3 of the attached agreement and the exhibits in order to provide consistency in the <br />language referencing the fire station. <br />AMENDED MOTION: Vice Mayor Hufford moved to approve Resolution 14-2570, as amended <br />to include City Attorney revisions to language contained on Page 17, <br />Section 3.1(e) and Section 3.3 of the attached agreement and the <br />exhibits in order to provide consistency in the language referencing the <br />fire station. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. <br />Discussion: Vice Mayor Hufford briefly explained her reasons for feeling this project is a good project which <br />would be good for the City, noting that the City had been working for the past several years and was one that <br />would give the residents a sense of place, provide more gathering places, and would mean additional ad <br />valorem tax revenues for the City. She commended the City Manager on his work throughout the process with <br />both the Commission and the developers to come to a successful solution to concerns about the project. <br />Motion carried by voice vote 4-1, Commissioner Fry dissenting. <br />10.
