Page 13 <br />agreement may request and render law enforcement assistance and obtain approval for <br />enforcement action from the other in dealing with any violations of Florida Statutes to <br />include, but not necessarily be limited to, investigating homicides, sex offenses, robberies, <br />assaults, burglaries, larcenies, gambling, motor vehicle thefts, drug violations, pursuant to <br />Chapter 893, F.S., backup services during patrol activities, school resource officers on <br />official duty out of their county, and inter -agency task forces and/or joint investigations, <br />including but not limited to, the City/County/State Traffic Enforcement Unit, the City/County <br />Investigative Bureau (CCIB), the City/County Canine Unit, The Special Weapons and <br />Tactics (SWAT) Team, In -Progress Crime Unit (IPCU) and the Hazardous Device Team <br />(HDT). <br />B. Additionally, subject to the approval of the agency head or his/her designee in the <br />jurisdiction having normal jurisdiction as outlined in Section 111, on -duty deputies and law <br />enforcement officers from one jurisdiction may conduct investigations relating to offenses <br />that originate in their own jurisdiction, in any of the undersigned jurisdictions.' If <br />enforcement action is anticipated, the location and nature of the investigation will be <br />communicated by the visiting jurisdiction to the law enforcement agency head or his/her <br />designee of the jurisdiction having normal jurisdiction. Enforcement action in these <br />circumstances shall be limited to instances involving the following: <br />1. Warrantless felony arrests as permitted in accordance with F.S. 901.15; <br />2. When there is probable cause to believe that the person has committed a criminal <br />act according to s. 790.233 or according to s. 741.31, s. 784.047, or s. 825.1036 <br />which violates an injunction for protection entered pursuant to s. 741.30, s. <br />784.046, or s. 825.1035 or a foreign protection order accorded full faith and credit <br />pursuant to s. 741.315, over the objection of the petitioner, if necessary; <br />3. When there is probable cause to believe that the person has committed an act of <br />domestic violence, as defined in s. 741.28, or dating violence, as provided in s. <br />784.046; <br />4. When there is probable cause to believe that the person has committed an act that <br />violates a condition of pretrial release provided in s. 903.047 when the original <br />1 Such authority has been recognized in Daniel v.
