Residential shall be defined as property that may accommodate a single-family home <br />or a duplex. The term residential does not include multi -family property or common <br />areas owned by a homeowners or condominium association <br />b. For purposes of this Section,_ "documentation" under Fla Stat 163.045 includes <br />providing the City with the following: <br />i. A completed report of the tree(sl proposed to be removed on an International <br />Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Basic Tree Risk Assessment Form as may be <br />amended from time to time, with a risk rating completed by an ISA -certified <br />arborist or a Florida licensed landscape architect The name contact information <br />affiliation, credentials. registration numbers, and qualifications of the certified <br />arborist or landscape architect must be included with the report• and <br />ii. Pictures in color of the tree(s) proposed to be removed <br />2. The following are exempt from obtaining a tree removal permit prior to tree removal and <br />replacement trees are not required: <br />a. Trees on lots upon which single-family dwellin�–,s_(includina duplexes) exist. <br />2—b. Nurseries. Undesirable trees, as specified in the Florida Exotic Pest Plant Council (FEPPC) <br />Invasive Plant List. <br />fid. Trees less than six inches caliper, unless newly planted as part of an approved <br />landscape plan. <br />Ee. Trees (except specimen trees) that are so located as to prevent construction of an <br />approved building or structure, se 4eRg as where the City has determined s that the <br />applicant has demonstrated reasonable consideration in attempting to avoid the loss of <br />trees in planning the precise location of proposed structures. <br />3. The following must be replaced as provided in Section _3-14.7, and permitting <br />requirements are as noted: <br />a.
