City of Casselberry <br />Parks & Recreation Advisory Board <br />Regular Meeting β€” October 10, 2017 <br />meeting on November 14th will get a lot of skatepark support. The City has spent $100,000 last year <br />on refinishing the tennis courts and it gets some use. Skatepark supporters have filled the chambers <br />many times and will be present for the November 14th meeting. This should be an issue and something <br />that the City should want. I appreciate the trails and pathways. He briefly discussed the Bird Island <br />issue. <br />Larry Latrelle, 124 N. Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry β€” Thank you to everyone for attending this meeting <br />and taking the time to making our parks, trails and green spaces a better place for our citizens. <br />Regarding the upcoming meeting with the Commission β€” we hope that we will have some progress <br />regarding the Parks Master Plan in regards to the request for a Skatepark. The Skatepark has been <br />mentioned in this Master Plan. He presented a presentation regarding a skatepark plan. He left the <br />information with the Board and reported that he could provide us with the pdf. His email is <br />larry@saltbum.com. It was requested that he send the link to Ms. Moore so it could be forwarded to <br />board members. <br />9.
