CASSLLBCRRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of July 26, 2021 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 8 of 16 <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Supplemental Agreement No. 5 to the Contract Agreement with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for Construction <br />Manager at Risk for Parks Construction Projects to provide pre -construction services for project PW 2109 <br />Wirz Park Improvements in the amount not to exceed $50,774.20. <br />N. Parking License Agreement between the City of Casselberry and Casto Casselberry <br />North, LLC <br />Introduction: Consideration to execute a Parking License Agreement between the City of Casselberry and <br />Casto Casselberry North, LLC to provide parking for Police vehicles at no additional cost to the City is <br />requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended execution of the Parking License <br />Agreement with Casto Casselberry North, LLC. <br />O. Application for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Local <br />Program FY21 <br />Introduction: Approval provides for the submission of an application through the Edward Byrne <br />Memorial Justice Assistance (JAG) Local Program for grant funding of tile allocated $10,610 for the Police <br />Department. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget at this time. A budget amendment will be prepared <br />upon award of the grant finds. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval to participate in the <br />Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program by applying for allocated grant funding in the <br />amount of $10,610. <br />P. Employee Health Insurance Renewal for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 <br />Introduction: Approval provides for renewal of City employees' health insurance coverage from United <br />Healthcare for Fiscal Year 2021-22. <br />Budget Impact: Funds for the City's share of employee health insurance premiums will be provided in <br />the adopted budget for FY 2022 in the applicable Health Insurance expenditure account for each <br />department. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Administrative Services Director recommended approval <br />of the renewal for health insurance coverage with United Healthcare at the current rate for FY2021-2022. <br />
