Resolution 21-3250 - Seminole County Librarypact Fee Interlocal Agreement Written Notice of Termination Letter "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING WRITTEN TERMINATION OF THE LIBRARY SYSTEM IMPACT FEE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT SEMINOLE COUNTY/CITY OF CASSELBERRY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 21-3250 authorizes a written notice of termination of the Library System Impact Fee Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 21-3250 authorizing execution of a letter providing written notification to terminate the Library System Impact Fee Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County. F. Resolution 21-3251 — St. Johns River Water Management District Cost -share Agreement for the South Water Treatment Plant Well #1 Modification Project "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A COST -SHARE AGREEMENT WITH THE ST. JOHNS RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE SOUTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT WELL #1 MODIFICATION PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 21-3251 provides for approval of a cost -share agreement with the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) for the South Water Treatment Plant Well #1 Modification Project in a total amount not to exceed $455,000, including a local match of $341,250. Budget Impact: Funding has been budgeted in the FY 21 Renewal and Replacement Water Improvements account #402-0754-533.63-11 to cover the costs associated with the South Water Treatment Plant Well 41 Modification Project in the amount of $217,207.27. Additional funding has been proposed in Renewal and Replacement Water Improvements account #402-0754-533.63-11 in the FY 22 budget in the amount of $124,043.00, to include the cost share with SJRWMD. A budget amendment for additional funding will be requested upon contract award, if needed. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 21-3251.
