Change Order No. 2 to the Construction Agreement with Cathcart Construction <br />Company — Florida LLC for Construction of PW 1405 Concord Drive <br />Improvements and Related Budget Amendment #21-028 <br />Introduction: Change Order No. 2 to the Construction Agreement with Cathcart Construction Company <br />— Florida LLC and related Budget Amendment #21-028 provide for construction of project PW 1405 <br />Concord Drive Improvements in the additional amount of $19,513. (Ref: ITB -2020-0659) <br />Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #21-028 will provide sufficient funding in Stormwater Utility Fund <br />Infrastructure Account #110-0740-538.63-40 to cover this item. <br />BA #21-028 <br />Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide additional funding for <br />Change Order #2 with Cathcart Construction Company for Concord Drive Improvements Project in the <br />amount of $12,134.
