MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Contract Agreement with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for Construction Manager at Risk for Parks Construction Projects to provide pre -construction services for Project PW 2111 Lake Concord Park — Art House Expansion in the amount not to exceed $21,167.34, as presented. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Busch. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. D. Supplemental Agreement No. 3 with Wharton -Smith Inc to Provide Pre - construction Services for "Wheel Park" — Phase 1 Staff Presentation: Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer Kelly Brock stated that Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Contract Agreement with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for Construction Manager at Risk for Parks Construction Projects provides for pre -construction services for project PW 2001 "Wheel Park" — Phase 1 in the amount not to exceed $33,838.40. (Ref. SOQ-2021-0715) Budget Impact: Sufficient funding for the $33,838.40 in pre -construction services under Supplemental Agreement No. 3 is budgeted and available in Parks Master Plan Fund Account 4307-0410-572.63-24. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Contract Agreement with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for Construction Manager at Risk for Parks Construction Projects to provide pre -construction services for project PW 2001 "Wheel Park" — Phase 1 in the amount not to exceed $33,838.40.
