CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of March 22, 2021 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 10 of 15 <br />Lake Concord Park — Art House Expansion in the amount not to exceed $21,167.34. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the City Commission regarding this item. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve Supplemental Agreement No. 2 <br />to the Contract Agreement with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for Construction <br />Manager at Risk for Parks Construction Projects to provide pre -construction <br />services for Project PW 2111 Lake Concord Park — Art House Expansion in <br />the amount not to exceed $21,167.34, as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Vice Mayor Busch. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />D. Supplemental Agreement No. 3 with Wharton -Smith Inc to Provide Pre - <br />construction Services for "Wheel Park" — Phase 1 <br />Staff Presentation: Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer Kelly Brock stated that Supplemental <br />Agreement No. 3 to the Contract Agreement with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for Construction Manager at Risk <br />for Parks Construction Projects provides for pre -construction services for project PW 2001 "Wheel Park" <br />— Phase 1 in the amount not to exceed $33,838.40. (Ref.
