SECTION 1. The letter to terminate the Library System Impact Fee Interlocal <br />Agreement Seminole County/City of Casselberry is attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A". <br />Specially, Subsection 4 of that Interlocal Agreement includes a termination clause that remains <br />effective, as listed in Subsection 3 of the First Amendment of that Interlocal Agreement. <br />SECTION 2. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby authorizes the City <br />Manager to execute a written termination letter in keeping with the Library System Impact Fee <br />Interlocal Agreement Seminole County/City of Casselberry to create consistency with Seminole <br />County's new library impact fee review and collection process, as provided to the Seminole <br />County Manager. <br />SECTION 3. Conflicts. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any section or portion of a section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date.
