Resolution 14-2621 — Conveyance and Acceptance of a Drainage Easement at 530 <br />South Triplet Lake Drive (Petrovich) <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE AND ACCEPTANCE OF A DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON <br />PARCEL ID. NO. 16-21-30-504-OD00-0010 FROM MICHAEL PETROVICH FOR THE SOUTH <br />TRIPLET LAKE DRIVE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 14-2621 approves the conveyance and acceptance of the Drainage Easement from <br />Michael Petrovich on property at 530 South Triplet Lake Drive (Parcel ID. No. 16-21-30-504-OD00-0000), and <br />authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City budget. The reconstruction of the grantor's dock is budgeted <br />within the scope of the South Triplet Lake Drive construction project. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />14-2621. <br />D. Resolution 14-2622 — Acceptance of a Quit Claim Deed for Lift Station Tract D at <br />Sanctua:� at Aiorna <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR TRACT D ON PARCEL ID <br />NO.35-21-30-529-OD00-0000 FOR THE SUBDIVISION SANCTUARY AT ALOMA; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 14-2622 accepts the Quit Claim Deed for Tract D on Parcel No. 35-21-30-529- <br />OD00 for the lift station infrastructure servicing the single-family residential development known as Sanctuary <br />at Aloma located in unincorporated Seminole County. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />14-2622. <br />E. Resolution 14-2623 — Conveyance and Acceptance of a Utility Easement and <br />Associated Maintenance Responsibilities for Sanctuary at Aloma <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE AND ACCEPTANCE OF A UTILITY EASEMENT AND <br />RELATED BILL OF SALE FOR PARCEL ID NO. 35-21-30-529-OD00-0000 AND UTILITY <br />MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SANCTUARY AT ALOMA; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />
