E. Budget Amendment #14-030 — Triplet Lake Drive Realignmen Introduction: Budget Amendment #14-30 provides for consideration to appropriate the transfer of revenue in the amount of $1,000,000.00 from the Community Redevelopment Agency to the City of Casselberry. The transferred funds are committed for the purpose of materially funding the realignment and construction of Triplet Lake Drive in conjunction with the planned joint development of the downtown City Center. Budget Impact: Upon approval, Budget Amendment #14-030 will reduce the CRA's Land account #113- 0210-541.63-01 in the amount of $159,000 and the infrastructure account #113-0210-515.63-40 in the amount of $150,000, increase the CRA Other Non-operating Sources account #113-0000-389.90-00 in the amount of $691,000, and increase the Transfer to Fund 001 -account #113-0000-581.91-10 in the amount of $1,000,000. The General Fund budget will increase the Transfer from Fund 113 account #001-0000-381.13- 00 and the Engineering division's Infrastructure account #001-0710-539.63-40 in the amount of $1,000,000. BA #14-030 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to transfer $1,000,000 in funding from the Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) to General Fund. This transfer will provide a portion of the estimated costs of $1,418.017 associated with reconstruction of Triplet Lake Drive as part of the Concord Village plan. This budget amendment will provide sufficient funding for the City to execute the design of Triplet Lake Drive near City Hall, as provided by Associated Consulting, Int'l, Inc. (ACi).
