Resolution 14-2600 — Conveyance of the Lake View Center Lift Station/Sewer Infrastructure Improvements "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE LAKE VIEW CENTER LIFT STATION/SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FROM MILLENIUM INVESTMENT HOLDINGS, CORP. III; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 14-2600 approves and accepts the conveyance of the Lake View Center lift station/sewer infrastructure improvements as per the Bill of Sale from Millenium Investment Holdings, Corp. III for the amount of $149,950. Budget Impact: The total cost of the Lake View Center Lift Station/Sewer infrastructure improvements expansion is $149,950.00. Funds are available in Distribution & Collection Infrastructure Account # 401- 0751-536.63-40 and listed as "New Sewer Lines — Grassy Lake". Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 14-2600. E. Resolution 14-2601 — Supplemental Agreement No. 5 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for Design and Post -Design Services for the Casselberry Water Reclamation Facility Aeration System Upgrade Project and Related Budget Amendment #14-034 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 5 WITH REISS ENGINEERING, INC. FOR POST -DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE CASSELBERRY WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY AERATION SYSTEM UPGRADE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 14-2601 approves Supplemental Agreement No. 5 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for additional design of a third blower and post -design services for the Casselberry Water Reclamation Facility Aeration System Upgrade Project for an amount not to exceed $39,270, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Consideration of related Budget Amendment #14-034 is also requested. Budget Impact: Funds to cover the costs associated with Supplemental Agreement No. 5, for an amount not to exceed $39,270 without prior authorization are available in the Water Reclamation Machinery and Equipment Account #401-753-535.67-35.
