Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting <br />Mayor Glancy presented Finance Director Rebecca Bowman the Certificate of Achievement in Excellence in <br />Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association for Fiscal Year 2012. <br />B. Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Accounting <br />Mayor Glancy presented Finance Director Rebecca Bowman the Award for Outstanding Achievement in <br />Popular Annual Financial Accounting from the Government Finance Officers Association for Fiscal Year <br />2012. <br />C. Casselberry Street Art Project <br />Planner Kyle Dudgeon gave a presentation on the Street Art Project to be painted at the intersection of Palm <br />Drive and Lilac Road on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. <br />7.
