All were present except for Commissioner Albritton. <br />Commissioner Albritton's Excuse of Absence was considered and approved as a part of the Consent Agenda <br />later in the meeting. <br />5. MINUTES <br />A. Minutes of April 26, 2021 — Regular Meeting <br />B. Minutes of February 22, 2021 — Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the April 26, 2021 <br />Regular Meeting and the February 22, 2021 Regular Meeting, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Busch. Motion carried unanimously by <br />voice vote 4-0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br />A. Proclamation: National Police Week 2021 <br />Mayor Henson read in its entirety a proclamation recognizing the week of May 9-15, 2021 as National <br />Police Week, and May 15, 2021 as Peace Officers' Memorial Day and presented the proclamation to Deputy <br />Police Chief Derrick Becton. <br />B. Proclamation: National Public Works Week 2021 <br />Mayor Henson read in its entirety a proclamation recognizing the week of May 16-22, 2021 as National <br />Public Works Week 2021 and presented the proclamation to Public Works Director Mark Gisclar. <br />C. Proclamation: Municipal Clerks Week <br />Mayor Henson read in its entirety a proclamation recognizing the week of May 2-8, 2021 as Municipal <br />Clerks Week and presented the proclamation to City Clerk Donna G. Gardner. <br />
