Municipal Advisory Committee (Metroplan) Report <br />Mayor Henson reported that he had attended a Zoom meeting of the group on March 41h and was pleased to <br />announce that the City was being awarded some funds to be used for the Queens Mirror Drive project on <br />Winter Park Drive. <br />C. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report <br />No report. <br />D. Leadership Seminole Board Report <br />Mayor Henson had no report, but Vice Mayor Busch reported that Class 29 which had experienced delays <br />due to COVID-19 had finally completed its last class. He added that even with the delays it had been a <br />great experience. <br />E. Mayors/Managers Group Report <br />No report. <br />9. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES <br />A. Ordinance 21-1551 — Amending the Official Zoning Designation for the Properties <br />Located at 3110 Howell Branch Road and 3128 Orava Lane VB 20-03) <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 21-1551 by title, as follows: <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO AMEND THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN CHAPTER II, ARTICLE IV, <br />SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; AMENDING THE <br />ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM SEMINOLE COUNTY R-4 (MULTIPLE -FAMILY <br />DWELLING) TO CITY OF CASSELBERRY PRD (PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT) FOR <br />APPROXIMATELY 21.41 ACRES LOCATED AT 3110 HOWELL BRANCH ROAD AND 3128 <br />ORAVA LANE, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Staff Presentation: Planner II Christina Hyson stated that Ordinance 21-1551 amends the official zoning <br />designation for two (2) parcels located at 3110 Howell Branch Road and 3128 Orava Lane from Seminole <br />County R-4 (Multiple -Family Dwelling) to City of Casselberry PRD (Planned Residential District). The <br />subject area consists of two (2) parcels totaling approximately 21.41 acres near the southwest corner of the <br />intersection of Howell Branch Road and Jergo Road. The subject properties were annexed into the City of <br />
