WHEREAS, after said public hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, determined that the requested zoning change is consistent with the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan FLUM and is in compliance with all applicable procedures of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations of the City of Casselberry, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, based on the foregoing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry has <br />determined the zoning classification of said property shall be PRD, as that district is defined in <br />Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION L That the Official Zoning Map established in Chapter II, Article IV, Section <br />2-4.3. of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is, hereby amended to <br />designate the Property described in "Attachment B", consisting of approximately 21.41 acres, <br />from Seminole County R-4 (Multiple -Family Dwelling) to PRD (Planned Residential District), <br />as shown in "Attachment A." The Property is subject to the PUD Agreement and associated <br />concept plan attached as "Attachment B." <br />SECTION II. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with <br />any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict. <br />SECTION III. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE.
