With regard to quasi-judicial <br />matters, all pertinent comments to the City Clerk received by phone no later than 7:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting will <br />be read into the record at the meeting. <br />ADVISEMENTS TO APPLICANTS <br />The project engineer is required to attend the DRC meeting where his/her item is being discussed. Failure of the project <br />engineer to attend the meeting will result in the project review being postponed until the next scheduled meeting date. It is <br />recommended that the owner/developer also attend the DRC meeting. Preliminary DRC review comments will be emailed to <br />the project engineer the afternoon before the scheduled DRC meeting at the latest. The project engineer is required to bring a <br />set of project plans for mark-up purposes, including the landscape plan. The DRC meeting time is limited to the time period <br />allocated on the agenda for each project. <br />
